Justice for Central American Refugees (JCAR)

Thousands of unaccompanied children are fleeing violence and poverty in Central America; many of them make the perilous 1,000-mile trek to the U.S.-Mexico border. Since October 2013, more than 60,000 children have made this journey and face an uncertain future. JCAR challenges the Textile and Apparel Industry to respond to the crisis and help safeguard the due process and just reintegration experience of these children.
